New toy

We had have our eye on a toaster oven for some time now. The benefits of not heating the entire oven for just the 2 of us makes so much sense! Plus the health benefits of not using a microwave...

Anyhow, even with our budget being very tight with the house buying, we gave in and got one at costco! They had an Oster toaster/convection oven marked down from $80 to $50! It thus far has been amazing! I'm going to try using it's dehydrating function on some bananas tonight!!!
