WOW! It has been SO long since I have done one of these... here goes nothin'

1.Giving our extra candy to a random student that was having a bad day was my last random act of kindness.

2. Another place and time.

3. It is never fair in matters of the heart.

4. Coffee, tea or ... WHAT! Those are my only choices?

5.My sister and I walk separate paths.

6. Our Puppy reminds me that there is joy and bliss in the simple things.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to relaxing, tomorrow my plans include giving Dakota a bath and Sunday, I want to Sleep!

1. You know you're old when you remember your mom turning the age you are turning and the kids you used to babysit are having kids (at least for me... I'm experiencing both of these...)

2. My heart is divided between working and staying at home.

3. However, a job is what I need RIGHT NOW!

4. I have felt the joy of not working for the summer, however I have known the depths of frustration when finding a job I really want and love and then not getting it!

5. Gah, won't these people hire me already!

6. Relax and enjoy as soon as you can!

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to "finishing" cleaning out my mini pantry, tomorrow my plans include hanging out with Husband and Sunday, I want to completely relax!

It seems I have finding a job on the brain! :- )

1. Oh, I can't wait until I have a house of my own.

2. The water filter is the first thing I see when I open my refrigerator.

3. I never leave home without my cell phone.

4. If I were a condiment, I would be sugar because ... why not.

5. Smoking is really high up on my list of pet peeves.

6. The last thing I thought of before I went to bed was geez, I'm tired and just want to sleep.

1. Holidays in the summer are the best. I love the warm weather and sitting outside in the fresh air.

2. Steaks, corn on the cob, hotdogs, and veggies are my favorite things to grill.

3. My thoughts are scrambled and confused.

4. Resting and relaxing is what I'm most looking forward to this weekend!

5. My favorite book so far this summer is "Before You Leap: A Frog's Eye View of Life's Greatest Lessons". I needed some fun and easy reading after being in grad school for two years!

6. Refreshed, relaxed and awake is the best way to begin a day.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to grilling hot dogs and corn on the cob, tomorrow my plans include cleaning and Sunday, I want to relax (I'm seeing a theme here)!

Friday Fill-Ins #76

1. Traveling the world is high up on my bucket list.

2. My favorite quote is "We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all exist very nicely in the same box."; it's from unknown.

3. Scrapbooking inspired me to start blogging. I rarely write on my scrapbook pages, and am hoping this will help me document what is going on in my life.

4. Strawberries are best fresh.

5. Having a spider in my bed and my husband and I trying to eliminate it is the last dream I remember having. Yeah, ish.

6. The most enjoyable time to go for a walk is at dusk.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I’m looking forward to seeing my family, tomorrow my plans include going to my sister's bridal shower and Sunday, I want to relax, but will spend the day in the car driving home!

Those plants that live and Friday Fill Ins!

Despite the fact I tend to loose many plants due to issues such as this, I am not feared by all things green! Today marked my annual afternoon of re-potting any surviving plants. I do have a few that are nearly out of control (yeah, can you believe it?) and I'm not sure I have room for much longer. I'm hoping for a house in the next year, so I won't have to worry as much about the huge amount of space some of them take up. Honestly, having them on the desk isn't the issue. It is over-wintering them in the apartment that is the challenge!







What I ended up with (minus the huge one. I didn't move it for the photo, but you can see it in one of the photos above, in a corner!)!

2. I love quiet time in the shower.
3. My favorite time of the day is when the sun sets. It is always so pretty and calm.

1. For me not trying is the opposite of creativity.
2. I can't remember the last excellent book I read. I haven't read anything other than stuff for school for way to long.
3. I like fill-ins because it is a great way to get me thinking on a Friday and it is always fun to meet new people!
4. In nature I like looking at the amazing beauty.
5. Though none of the candidates are perfect, I believe Obama should win the US elections.
6. The last time I laughed with all my belly was this last week while on vacation.
7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to relaxing, tomorrow my plans include attending a friend's wedding and Sunday, I want to catch up on laundry from our trip!

1. The last time I lost my temper I regretted it later!
2. Being to busy is what I'm fed up with!
3. The next book I'd like to read is "Before You Leap: A Frogs eye view of life's greatest lessons" by Kermit the Frog, that I got clear back here!

5. If you can't get rid of the skeleton[s] in your closet, keep the closet door closed!
6. The best thing I got in the mail recently was a new scrapbook magazine.

1. Thursday night I saw an excuse to go to bed early.
