Bedroom Problems...

The other night, Alan and I were just hanging out and chatting while I was scrapbooking and he was on the computer. I decided to sit for awhile, and found myself with a Bic Marker and a pad of Post-Its....
Edit: If you are new here, we have 2 80pound dogs. They are represented below as the funny circle things...

Before long I had this image.

And then this one...

I giggled and then drew this one.

Alan started paying attention to my doodles, and I drew this one, laughing out loud.

Not to be out done, Alan grabbed a Sharpie (yes, I am Kimberly and I have a marker addiction - another post, another day) and joined in.

I giggled, "whatever, I do not!" and Alan drew this:

And then this.

Then, knowing I would not win this battle, I moved on...

Yeah, actually this one should be titled "more than once"

I have woke up multiple times to Alan snoring, 1/2 on 1/2 off the bed.

 Sometimes, I cannot win.

Not even close to win.

These days are nice, minus rolling over to a dog breath... However I have rolled over to the other end of the dog...

Dakota doesn't like having blankets on the bed.

However both Dakota and Jaffery tend to enjoy our pillows...

Especially after washing the pillow cases.

The End.

  2. When the cats used to be indoors, somehow they used to kick me off our CalKing bed....though, Hubs would be sleeping undisturbed! lol Thanks for the chuckle and always love to meet another Post-it & Sharpie addict! :>

  3. Wow! I don't have any pets, but three kids and I completely identified with your drawings... ha ha! Infact, just this morning I had our 2 yo curled up in the middle and our 6 yo creep in beside me after a nightmare...

  4. Too funny! Yah, we have one dog (Audrey) who sleeps above my head on my pillow every night)! The other (Gracie) sleeps at our feet, under the covers are on top, every night. They're predictable...they have their spots just like we do! :-)
