Last week was my first Menu Plan Monday! It was so much fun, I'm joining in again this week! Last week, I tried two new recipes: Potato-Veggie Frittata from Musings of a Housewife and Slow Cooker Enchiladas from Motherhood for Dummies. These were both GREAT additions to my recipe binder, however this week, I plan to take it easy on cooking!
Monday - - Leftovers!
Tuesday - - Fried Chicken Breast and Rice
Wednesday - - Pizza
Thursday - - Leftovers!!
Friday through Sunday I'll be visiting family, so we will be eating with them!

Oh I am so glad that you liked it :) we thought it was yummy too :) I think I even might make it again this week. My husband loves to have any excuse to eat melted cheese :)
